How Private Function Bookings Work
Send an Enquiry
Tell us your preferred room, date, session and estimated guest numbers.
Review the Information
Our Function Team will email you the room information, package options, pricing and Terms & Conditions for you to review.
Confirm Availability
Once you have reviewed the information and confirmed your preferred option, our team will check the room availability.
Pay Deposit & Secure Your Booking
If the room is available, we will send you a deposit request. The deposit request is valid for 2 days. Your booking is only secured once the required deposit has been received.
